1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using cupreevv (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

3. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

cupreevv is a general-purpose reminder and wellness tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition or are experiencing pain, consult a qualified healthcare provider before relying on any reminder, stretch, or tip surfaced by the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to violate any applicable law or regulation;
Bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security, authentication, or rate-limit feature of the App;
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content without our prior written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its source code, its user interface, the name “cupreevv”, the logo, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that reminders will always be delivered at the exact scheduled time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Children

cupreevv is not intended for use by children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App. Parents or guardians who become aware of such use should contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may, at our discretion, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature within it at any time, with or without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
